The Principle

Stratis exists to map the world in a way that benefits the people who help build it. Use the platform in a way that respects people, property, safety, privacy, and the community.

Capture Rules

  • Do not capture private spaces, restricted areas, or sensitive locations without permission.
  • Do not record people in a way that violates privacy, harassment, stalking, workplace, school, or surveillance laws.
  • Do not capture minors in private or sensitive settings without proper permission.
  • Do not trespass, interfere with traffic, ignore posted rules, or operate drones unlawfully.
  • Do not upload content that exposes passwords, keys, security systems, private documents, or other sensitive information.

Platform Rules

  • Do not attack, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, overload, or abuse Stratis systems.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or export data except through allowed product features or written permission.
  • Do not submit malware, deceptive content, spam, fraudulent claims, or manipulated contribution data.
  • Do not use Stratis to violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, export, sanctions, or other laws.
  • Do not use APIs or captures to enable unsafe, discriminatory, or unlawful surveillance.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict visibility, pause processing, limit API access, suspend accounts, reverse improper rewards where possible, or contact authorities when needed to protect users, the public, or the platform.

Reporting

Report safety, privacy, copyright, or abuse concerns to legal@stratis.ai.
