Privacy Policy

Stratis, Inc. runs stratis.ai, the Stratis web app, the Stratis mobile app, and the related APIs and processing services. This policy explains what we collect and who handles it.

Depending on how you use Stratis, we collect:

• Account information such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and profile settings.
• What you type into forms, such as contact, support, API, or sign-up forms.
• Capture content such as video, images, camera data, location data, motion data, depth data, files you upload, and generated 3D outputs.
• Ownership, claim, reward, API, wallet, and governance activity connected to your account or public address.
• Server logs: when your browser or app talks to our servers, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser or device type, the pages or API calls requested, and the time. We use these logs for security and debugging and keep them for a limited time (about 30 days for routine request logs).
• Analytics data, only if you click Accept in the cookie banner (see below).

We use information to operate Stratis, including to:

• Create accounts, authenticate users, and protect access.
• Process captures into point clouds, splats, meshes, previews, measurements, and related outputs.
• Attribute contributions, manage claims, calculate rewards, and support community governance.
• Power maps, viewers, sharing links, APIs, exports, and other product features.
• Detect abuse, debug issues, improve quality, and maintain platform reliability.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

When you first visit, we show a small banner at the bottom of the page. Until you click Accept, the website loads no analytics, advertising, or other third-party tracking tags, for every visitor in every country. If you click Decline, nothing loads.

If you click Accept, the website loads Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC), which sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. We use it to see which pages are useful, where people found Stratis, whether sign-up worked, and where errors happen. We do not turn on Google Signals, remarketing, or ad personalization. When you are signed in, we may send your Stratis account ID to Google Analytics as a user ID; we do not send your email address, name, capture files, wallet address, or location track.

Your choice is saved in this browser only (local storage key privacy_choice_v1). To change it, click "Cookie choices" in the site footer or in Settings, and the banner will show again. The Stratis mobile app uses Firebase Analytics (Google) only in regions where our app allows basic analytics.

We use these service providers to run Stratis:

• Google (Firebase and Google Cloud) for hosting, sign-in, databases, file storage, server logs, and capture processing; and Google Analytics if you click Accept.
• Apple and Google when you choose to sign in with them.
• Map tile providers (Esri ArcGIS, OpenStreetMap, and CARTO) and the cdnjs content network, which receive your IP address when your browser loads map images or map icons.
• Base blockchain network services (including Coinbase's Base RPC) for wallet, claim, and governance features, and CoinGecko or CryptoCompare for the ETH price shown on the governance page.
• Twilio for staff SMS alerts described below.

We also share information:

• With viewers, API users, buyers, or partners when you publish content, use sharing features, or make data available through Stratis products.
• On public blockchains when you take a wallet, claim, or governance action that writes to them.
• When we believe disclosure is legally required or needed to protect people, property, or the platform.
• As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of all or part of the company.

We do not sell your personal information.

Authorized Stratis and Ademero employees may explicitly request a text update for a specific internal support assignment. For this program, we process the employee's verified phone number, the consent request, the requested notification purpose, the message content, and delivery or opt-out status.

We use this information only to deliver the operational alert the employee requested, maintain an audit record, honor HELP and STOP requests, prevent unwanted messages, and troubleshoot delivery. We do not use Staff Alert enrollment or phone numbers for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide the minimum information needed to communications and infrastructure providers, such as Twilio, acting on our behalf to deliver and secure the messages. Those providers may use the information only to perform those services. Reply STOP to opt out of future Staff Alert messages, or contact legal@stratis.ai for help or a privacy request.

You can update account settings in the app, choose how captures are shared where controls are available, change your cookie choice with "Cookie choices" in the footer or Settings, or ask us to help with access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing legal@stratis.ai.

Some records may be difficult or impossible to fully remove, such as public blockchain records, data already used in generated outputs, backups, fraud-prevention logs, and records we need to keep for legal or security reasons.

We keep account and capture data while your account is active and as needed to maintain contribution attribution, support claims and rewards, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Routine server request logs are kept for about 30 days. Google Analytics data, if you accepted, is kept under the retention setting of our Google Analytics property.

Stratis is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for the type of service we run. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so please use strong credentials and tell us quickly if you believe your account or data has been affected.
