Copyright Notices

If you believe content on Stratis infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@stratis.ai.

Your notice should include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  • The Stratis URL, capture ID, scene ID, or other information that helps us find the material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material, notify the user who submitted it, and take repeat-infringer action when appropriate. We may reject incomplete, abusive, or invalid notices.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • The material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and accepting service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
