How To Request Deletion
Email legal@stratis.ai from the email address connected to your account. Include Data deletion request in the subject and tell us whether you want to delete your account, specific captures, or both.
We may ask for extra information to verify the request and protect accounts from unauthorized deletion.
What Happens Next
- We verify the request.
- We remove or anonymize eligible account and capture data from active systems.
- We remove public visibility where the product supports removal.
- We keep a minimal record of the request when needed for security, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Deletion Limits
Some data may remain where deletion is not technically or legally practical, including blockchain or public ledger records, backups, logs needed for security, data already used in generated outputs or paid products, records needed for disputes or compliance, and information another user independently submitted.
Timing
We try to handle verified deletion requests promptly. Complex capture, ledger, fraud, public-data, or legal issues may take longer.
