Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Stratis websites, apps, viewers, APIs, processing services, capture tools, community features, rewards, and related products. By using Stratis, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any product-specific rules shown in the service.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, wallet connections, API keys, and activity under your account. Keep your information accurate and secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or keys were misused.

We may refuse, suspend, or limit access when needed to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or keep the platform reliable.

You keep the rights you already have in content you submit. To run Stratis, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, process, reconstruct, display, distribute, analyze, transform, and otherwise use submitted content and generated outputs in connection with Stratis and related products.

Public or shared captures may be indexed, viewed, processed, remixed into derived spatial datasets, exposed through APIs, licensed to customers, or used by the community according to the product settings and network rules that apply. Specific reward programs may create additional rights or obligations, but no reward is guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to do so, including permission to capture places, people, private property, or sensitive locations where required.

Stratis may include points, credits, Ecko, claims, digital deeds, governance features, or DAO participation. These systems may change as the network develops. They are not a promise of income, market value, liquidity, profit, or future functionality.

Nothing in Stratis is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, wallets, taxes, and compliance obligations.

API access, exports, datasets, processing jobs, and machine access may have limits, pricing, quotas, attribution rules, or usage requirements. We may change or discontinue API features, revoke keys, or throttle usage to protect reliability, contributors, customers, and the network.

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not misuse Stratis, interfere with the service, violate rights, scrape beyond allowed APIs, bypass limits, submit harmful content, or use the platform for illegal, unsafe, deceptive, or privacy-invasive activity.

Stratis software, branding, interfaces, documentation, models, systems, and proprietary platform materials belong to Stratis or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the service and our technology.

Some features are experimental, may contain errors, and may change quickly. We provide Stratis on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific results, capture quality, processing success, reward outcomes, or future feature availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stratis and its affiliates, contributors, service providers, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost rewards, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

You agree to indemnify and hold Stratis harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

If something goes wrong, contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by Florida law, except where another law is required. Courts located in Florida will have jurisdiction over disputes that are not resolved informally, unless the law requires a different venue.

We may update these Terms as the product, governance model, laws, and network evolve. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
